How does the buying process work?
When you click on the "Buy Now" button above, you will be taken to our payment processor's website where you will provide all the necessary information (credit card number, billing details etc.). After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email about the transaction and also a license key in the email.

Is it safe to provide credit card information on your site?
We at Cerebrata actually never collect your credit card information. All payments are processed by our payment processor, FastSpring, a leading provider of eCommerce payment processing solutions. You will be making the payment on their website and once the payment is processed, you will receive a license key in an email.

FastSpring, our payment processor accepts Visa, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover, and PayPal^TM.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Please note that all licenses must be purchased in same transaction to avail volume pricing.

What is your refund policy?
Please note that we do not provide refunds. You have 30 days of trial period during which you can try Azure Diagnostics Manager and after that you can continue using "Developer" edition of Azure Diagnostics Manager. We encourage you evaluate Azure Diagnostics Manager extensively before making the decision to purchase.
